Quick-Trak Inventory Enterprise is an advanced entry level Inventory Management solution for mid-sized companies looking to take control of their inventory and improve warehouse productivity. This package is very intuitive and can be implemented in a very short time frame. “Enterprise” “Enterprise” is a network-based multi-user and true multi-site Warehouse Management System for mid to high volume distribution centers. Quick-Trak Inventory Enterprise will track each activity from incoming through to outgoing and everything in between. This easy-to-use software provides support for receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, physical inventory and cycle counting capabilities. Functionality such as inventory replenishment, stock/bin location moves, suggested put-away, receiving, and shipping are just a few of its key strengths. This functionality, combined with our standard reports and on-the-fly searching capabilities, delivers a powerful yet flexible solution to your everyday inventory problems.

Receiving/Returns- Enterprise simplifies and improves the receiving process via the use of wireless mobile handheld based applications. It supports the receiving against purchase orders; processing of returns; and, receipt of unexpected items. You can receive by PO number, Item and or sales order, in the case of a return. These transactions can be performed at the PC workstation, or with the use of a wireless mobile handheld bar code scanning device.

Put-Away / Move / Warehouse Transfers- Enterprise supports put-away transactions by item and quantity; they can be input at the workstation or via a wireless handheld. Move functions allow materials to be moved between locations and/or warehouses. Enterprise will also allow for single or bulk bin location moves. The transfer between warehouse includes a robust picking and receiving function that tracks transfers throughout the supply chain.

Picking/Shipping/ Issues- Enterprise uses the picking function to create, edit, find, and pick orders for products in the warehouse. Fields can be renamed on-the-fly to meet your specific needs. Products can be picked by customer, by order number, by part number, and or by location using a wireless handheld bar code scanning device. The results are posted in real time to the database. The shipping process is used as a final confirmation process that the shipment physically left the facility. Information about the carrier is collected for reporting and research purposes. The issue function allows users to issue items out of stock without the need to integration or tie back the process to sales order or back end system.

Inventory/Cycle Counts- Enterprise tracks your inventory by item number, serial number, location, category and or vendor. It features the ability to perform cycle counting, and physical inventories. The software provides infinite lookup and search options. The task can be create by the manager and the software will trigger the printing of a bar coded move slips for the warehouse personnel to perform. Portable bar code scanning technology makes this process accurate and very efficient.

Reporting/Export to Excel, Word, PDF- Although Enterprise provides many standard report formats used in everyday business, our on-the-fly querying capability ensures that you can easily create your own reports and print or export the results into a Word, PDF, or Excel file format.
