Asset Tracker simplifies the receiving (Returns) and issuing (Issues) processes through the use of bar code scanning technology. Asset Tracker supports the receiving of new assets into the system, returns and moves between locations. You can check-in items by asset ID, customer, or job number. These transactions can be performed at the PC workstation level or with a portable bar code scanner. The system generates bar coded receivers and pick-slips to aid in the data capture process.

Reports and Queries- Asset Tracker’s Report and Query features include the ability to report on any asset by item, part, stock number, location, category, warehouse, vendor, and date due back. The Query function provides infinite lookup and search options which can be printed as a report or saved in a text file or html format. This feature allows the user to create reports on-the-fly and easily print or email results where needed. Asset Tracker also provides many standard report formats used in every day business. Our on-the-fly querying capability ensures that you can easily create your own reports.

Asset Tracker uses mobile wireless handheld technology to perform inventory functions that involve the movement of materials, equipment, and assets tracked in the system.
